We are starting a 90-day fitness challenge just in time for summer. Our goal isn’t to lose a bunch of weight, but instead to make living a healthier lifestyle a habit. We aren’t saying you won’t lose weight because you will. Sometimes measuring your success by a number on a scale can be discouraging, especially when you are losing fat weight but gaining muscle weight. We want this to be a success for body, mind, and spirit.
We will provide weekly workouts we have used ourselves and love. We will also provide grocery shopping lists and recipes. Plus a list of classes you can join around Indianapolis or search for in your own city. This way you won’t get bored or discouraged. Welcome to the challenge!
